Tim was early and already hard at work when I got to the unit at the appointed time. Tim is very personable and gave me a brief update as he prepared to go to his next task (check the roof). At the finish he gave me a thorough walk through summary of his photographed and written concerns. Tim answered all my questions and has been great on some follow-up items. I highly recommend Tim!!!

The inspection was scheduled for 9 AM, we arrived early and Tim was already in the process of what he does. His inspection included the use of a camera recording a video for us and the use of a drone inspecting the roof. Very satisfied with Tim, would use him again and would refer him to friends.

Tim was extremely professional throughout the entire process of our home inspection. He was thorough and careful with any decor items that may have been in the way. He took clear pictures outlining the areas of concern, and answered additional questions that I had regarding the home systems. He is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented, all while being efficient in this process! I also appreciated that he put on shoe protectors while inspecting the inside of our home. We’ve had inspections where we’ve had to spend an hour cleaning up afterwards. That was not the case with Tim! Recommend 100%!
