Tim Bausch, Owner & Lead Inspector

With nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in the housing industry, I bring a unique perspective to every inspection. Before founding PHW Inspections, I spent 15 years as a Carpenter, a foundation that taught me the “bones” of building structures from the inside out.

After transitioning to the inspection industry in the late 90s, I spent 18 years helping build and lead one of the top-performing inspection franchises in North America. Today, I’ve channeled that high-level expertise into my own firm. I provide a level of insight that only comes from 24 Years and Thousands of Inspections. My goal is simple: to be an invaluable asset to your real estate team and ensure you have total clarity before you sign on the dotted line.
