I bring hands-on construction knowledge and more than two decades of professional inspection experience to every property I evaluate.
My career began in high-end residential carpentry, then moved into commercial construction as a Union Journeyman Carpenter (Local #2), including hospitals, churches, schools, and other institutional work. I later served as a Field Supervisor for a general contractor on commercial and tenant-improvement projects — about 15 years in construction in total.
In 2001 I moved into professional inspections, covering residential and light-commercial work. After years helping lead a top-performing inspection franchise, I launched my own firm in 2021. Today I personally handle each inspection for PHW Inspections — clear reporting, no handoff to a rotating team.

For investors, lenders, and owners, I provide commercial property inspections and related due-diligence support grounded in real-world construction experience, CCPIA training, and ComSOP-based practice. The goal is simple: clear, confident, actionable insight before you commit capital.
Core commercial services include commercial property inspections, pre-purchase / due-diligence inspections, NNN / triple-net evaluations, and pre-lease baseline condition inspections. Optional add-ons (property condition assessments / PCA, ADA screening, fire/life-safety observations, progress/draw inspections, and planning-level cost information) are scoped project by project and separately contracted.
