As a seasoned Journeyman Carpenter of 15 years prior to becoming a Home Inspector, I began inspecting homes for friends and family back in the late 1990’s. After purchasing my 1st home, I learned a little more about home inspections and found out there is a little more to it than it appears. 2 years later I started in the home inspection industry and found out what I really didn’t know. What an injustice it was for me to “inspect” a friend or family members house. I quickly found out I knew very little about the process of inspecting a home. I was fortunate enough to learn about the industry with a great team where we grew a company to become the #1 Franchisee for the largest Inspection Franchise Company in North America. For 15 years we were a perineal top 5 Franchisee.

After 20 years I have decided to take my knowledge, experience and expertise and move forward with my own Company. PHW Inspections falls under my parent company, Professional Home Watch & Services LLC.

I look forward to continuing to help potential home buyers understand the homes they are purchasing by being and extension of their Realtors Team to help with the home buying process.
